  3. Looking for more? Scroll to the videos and slides below. They follow along with your packet and are provided free-of-charge for each exercise to make a facilitator’s role as turn-key as possible.

Curious what workshop participants see?

  1. Open the PDF samples from Packet A and Packet B.

  2. Notice how participants are given specific information they must extract from one another. At times, participants may be intentionally assigned opposing instructions and unclear situations to build their question-asking muscle-memory.

Steps 1: Introduction

Steps 2 & 3: 30-Second Overview

This brief 30-second overview will cover the rules of engagement between partners during the exercise.

These rules can also be found in each individual’s packet as a reminder.

Following this introduction, the video seamlessly transitions into a handy 5-minute timer that facilitators can use to ensure partners stay on track while reviewing their background information.

Step 4 : Exercise

The 15-minute timer on the left serves as a visual reminder to keep teams on track.

It counts down by the minute until the final five minutes of the exercise, at which point it will count down by the second. This allows teams to closely monitor their remaining time as they complete the exercise.

Step 5: Debrief

Navigate through the slides below to guide the debriefing session.

Step 6: Wrap-Up
